Gracie Barra Spring Hill will hold a grand opening event on Saturday, January 19 from 9:30 a – noon.
During the event, patrons will be able to take part in an Anti-Bullying class for kids, Adults Self-defense class, and Competiton Class.
The new studio is located at 2001 Campbell Station Parkway, Suite 83, Spring Hill and opened back in October 2018.
With offerings for children and adults, there’s something for everyone. From group classes to personal training. They offer Jiu-Jitsu classes for children and teens of all skill levels and abilities starting at the age of four. Their program is designed to teach children self-discipline as well as providing a unique way to express themselves. Adults can also take part in Jiu-Jitsu classes.
A certified Gracie Barra Black Belt instructor is responsible for teaching classes  The team of instructors are trained in the teaching philosophy and methods of Master Carlos Gracie Jr., the founder of Gracie Barra. A legacy of over 30 years of teaching experience.
