The Goo Goo Shop, located at 116 3rd Avenue South in downtown Nashville, is kicking off the “Goo Goo Summer Chef Series” this week featuring Franklin chef, Karl Wooley from Biscuit Love.
The series will run from July 1 through the end of September and will feature Premium Goo Goo creations imagined by eight of Nashville’s best chefs:

Matt Bolus – 404 Kitchen
Karl Worley – Biscuit Love Brunch
Maneet Chauhan – Chauhan Ale & Masala House
Deb Paquette – Etch
Hal Holden-Bache – Lockeland Table
Dale Levitski – Sinema
Matt Farley – Southern Steak & Oyster
Trey Cioccia – The Farm House

Each chef is collaborating with Lauren Garcia, the Goo Goo Shop’s Confectionery Kitchen Manager, to create his or her own Premium Goo Goo flavor that will sold at the Goo Goo Shop in the months leading up to the Music City Food + Wine Festival in September. Flavors will rotate periodically, with two to three chefs being featured each month.

Flavors will be announced on Goo Goo’s Facebook and website, googoo.com, as they are launched.
To wrap up the series, the Goo Goo Shop will showcase all of the chefs’ flavors at their table in the Grand Taste tents at Music City Food + Wine Festival on September 19th and 20th, 2015.

In 2014, Goo Goo Cluster, LLC opened the Goo Goo Shop, its flagship store in downtown Nashville where Premium Goo Goos are made by hand daily in full view of visitors. The 4-ounce Premium confection comes in a variety of flavor combinations that rotate frequently, and are sold exclusively at the Goo Goo Shop. Visit googoo.com for more information.
