As November begins so does holiday shopping! With many shopping events taking place in Williamson County this month, there’s no need to procrastinate or wait for Black Friday Deals. Check out these local markets where you can find one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on your list.

1. Homestead Manor Holiday Village

Homestead Manor is kicking off the holiday season with its Holiday Village on Saturday, November 25, with a host of fun-filled activities like ornament making and photos with Santa and more. This will be the third year Homestead Manor has hosted the Holiday Village.

From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., guests will fill The Barn on Homestead Manor’s ca. 1819 property to enjoy a market displaying homemade, home-grown items ranging from custom jewelry and wood trinkets, hand-poured candles, paintings and leather goods to natural soaps, baked goods, jams and more from local, craft vendors.

2. Brentwood Christmas Crawl

Brentwood local shops and boutiques will host the 9th annual Brentwood Christmas Crawl November 2nd through 4th. Started in 2008 by Richie Edwards of Richie Edwards Design as a way to bring locally owned shops together to offer great Christmas shopping to the Brentwood community.

This year, 16 stores will be participating. Prizes, promotions, and refreshments will be offered during the Crawl. Boutiques will showcase the latest in Christmas decor, seasonal gift items, and apparel to get everyone ready for the holidays.

This is a fun community event that is perfect for kicking off the holiday season.

3. Made South

MADE SOUTH returns to The Factory at Franklin this year for its third holiday event on Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18. Shoppers can find artisan gifts of all kinds at the two-day event that will feature goods from more than 150 artisans and craftsmen from all over the South. Bites and drinks will also be provided by top local chefs and restaurants.

General admission tickets are available for purchase on the MADE SOUTH Eventbrite page for $15 before the event or $20 at the door. VIP tickets are available for $39, offering guests a special sneak peek shopping experience complete with cocktails, local beers and special chef tastings on Friday night.

A portion of all ticket proceeds will benefit New Hope Academy, an elementary school located in Franklin, Tennessee, serving low-income families.

7. Williamson County Parks & Rec Holiday Arts and Crafts Show & Kar Klassic

The 27th annual Holiday Craft Show and 14th annual Kris Kringle Kar Klassic takes place on Saturday and Sunday, November 11 and 12, 2017 at the Williamson County Ag Expo Arena, 4215 Long Ln. This annual family event is presented by the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department (WCPR) and features an invitational car and motorcycle show along with great holiday shopping, visits and photos with Santa, and a community band concert.

On Saturday and Sunday, up to 140 vendors will be participating in the craft show, with unique, handmade gifts, holiday and home décor, jewelry, apparel and other goodies made by local crafters and artists. Select holiday gifts for the whole family! Vintage and repurposed gifts, original art, pet items and more will be for sale at the show, so bring a shopping list. The craft show is sponsored by Nash 103.3, Milani Chiropractic and Whitt’s BBQ.

Santa will be on hand to listen to wish lists and parents may take photos of their children with Santa on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The 14th annual Kris Kringle Kar Klassic is included in show admission, and adults and kids alike will enjoy viewing 87 custom and vintage cars and motorcycles, including a rare 1933 Harley Davidson with sidecar. This exhibit of classic cars is sponsored by Hyundai of Cool Springs and Genesis of Cool Springs and presented in part by Music City Automobile Club of America.

On Sunday at 2:00 p.m., get into the spirit of the season as the Williamson County Community Band presents a holiday concert for shoppers.

The Holiday Craft Show and Kris Kringle Kar Klassic will be Saturday, November 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 12, from noon to 4 p.m. Admission is $2 per person, and includes the car and the craft show, both held indoors at the Williamson County Ag Expo Arena, 4215 Long Lane, (I-65, exit #61) in Franklin. Children 12 and younger are admitted free. Parking is free. Concessions will be on sale both days.
