Last year, CoolSprings Galleria announced the renovation of its associated center CoolSprings Crossing. The renovation  included retailers installing the newest signage prototypes and new facades for the buildings. The almost complete renovation replaces the current green roof and gives the store fronts additional height.
At the time of the renovation announcement, CoolSprings Galleria also announced a long-time local favorite would be coming to CoolSprings Crossing. Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant will be opening their second Franklin location on April 18th per a Garcia’s representative. Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant specializes in serving authentic and fresh food, using the very best ingredients.
Their journey began with the opening of their Murfreesboro Road location in Franklin in 2000, and since then, they have made it their mission to serve not only authentic Mexican food, but also to provide a memorable dining experience. The new restaurant in CoolSprings Crossing will continue this tradition. It will also feature popular garage doors that can be opened.
In May 2015, Garcia’s won Best Tacos and Best Salsa in The Williamson Source Food Battle.
