Fulin’s Asian Cuisine located at 3046 Columbia Avenue, Franklin has closed. The last day of service was July 30, 2019. As of July 31, the restaurant was empty with very few items left inside and the outside sign has been removed.
Update: We spoke to a representative from Fulin’s who shared the following.
As of August 1st, 2019, Fulin’s in Franklin have reached the end of its
the five-year term at the Parkway Commons, our initial goal when we first
opened the store in Franklin was to continue the business after the
original lease term. Unfortunately, collectively we all decided to
explore our concept a little deeper and perhaps look for another
location deeper into the city of Historic Franklin as a new home for a
new concept.
Our vision for Franklin has always been to provide
exceptional Chinese and Japanese Fine dining to the wonderful residents
in Williamson County, that goal has not changed, as we recently
renovated Fulin’s in Brentwood also Fulin’s in Spring Hill, striving to
serve the best cuisine in our wonderful customers.
Not sure who said it first, but when one door closes, it allows another
door to open, our team will be looking to do a Steamboys concept at
Franklin in the near future
A sign was placed on the door to alert customers of the closure.
“Effective July 30, 2019, Fulin’s Asian Cuisine in Franklin will be closed permanently. Thank you for giving us five unforgettable years in this wonderful neighborhood.”
The message continues by saying, “The decision to close is for this location only. Please continue to enjoy Fulin’s award-winning cuisine and legendary service in Spring Hill, Brentwood, and other locations in Tennessee and Alabama.”
It ended with, “Your patronage is always appreciated.”

About Fulin’s Asian Cuisine
In November 2004, GL Restaurant Management opened the first Fulin’s Asian Cuisine in the Shoppes of Brentwood with the vision of offering high quality authentic Chinese food coupled with excellent service. The restaurant was immediately successful, and the second Fulin’s opened a year later in Mt. Juliet. In quick succession, the company opened additional Fulin’s Asian Cuisine restaurants in Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Decatur (AL), Spring Hill, Cleveland (TN), Madison (AL), Knoxville and Franklin.
