Fridrich & Clark Realty Agents Foundation 2015 Recipients

Fridrich & Clark Realty Agents Foundation has awarded grants to three area organizations to support their efforts to improve the community. Since the foundation was created, over $50,000 has been donated to those in need.

More than $13,300 in total was donated this year to CASA – Nashville, Thistle Farms -Magdalene House, and YWCA – Weaver Domestic Violence Center and Re-New Program. These organizations were selected from 14 nominations from the firm’s agents and staff.

The Foundation was established in 2010 to give back in a tangible way to those in the community who are in need.  Steve Fridrich, in announcing the grants, said, “We are proud to support the important work of these organizations.  This foundation allows us to do something collectively in honor of our agents and as an expression of thanksgiving for our successes.”

Throughout the year a donation is collected with each closing commission, with funds coming from the agent and the company.In the fall the agents are asked to nominate middle Tennessee organizations that meet the Foundation’s bylaws to support those middle Tennessee non-profits that are doing exceptional work and have a relationship to the housing industry.Fridrich & Clark Realty was founded in 1966 and has grown to be one of the area’s largest realty firms, with more than 140 agents.  More information is available at www.fridrichandclark.com.
