A deadly crash on I-65 North Sunday evening claimed the life of a Franklin woman.
Kari Reed, 33, was driving her 2006 Ford Escape on the overpass leading to I-440 West from I-65 North when, for reasons unknown, she failed to negotiate the curve in the roadway. The SUV rolled over the retaining wall onto I-65 North.
Reed was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she died.
