Franklin Transit Retires Holly Trolley Light Event

After 16 years of holiday memories, the Franklin Transit Authority announces the retirement of the Holly Trolley Light Event. Since 2003, Franklin Transit’s Holly Trolley has served as a cornerstone in festive traditions offered to the public in the Franklin community. In recent years, the Franklin area has seen an increase in wonderful holiday events for citizens and visitors.

“The Holly Trolley Lights Event will always hold a very special spot in the story of Franklin Transit; it is time to retire the event. We want to thank the community for supporting the Holly Trolley Lights Event throughout the years. The Franklin Transit Authority looks forward to continuing our service to the community with our outstanding public transit services, as well as shuttle services to Franklin’s wonderful festivals and events,” states Debbie Henry, TMA/Franklin Transit Executive Director.
