CycleBar, a premium indoor cycling studio, is opening the company’s first ever Middle Tennessee studio in Franklin later this August. Recently acknowledged by Well+Good for their outstanding franchise model, CycleBar offers a 50-minute high-energy spinning experience perfect for both new and experienced riders.

The owner of the studio is local Franklin resident Sharon Thompson, a decorated athlete in the running community. Sharon has been dubbed by local outlets as the “Marathon Mom” after setting cross country records at the University of Tennessee, as well as at the Nashville Music City Half Marathon in 2010.

For her latest venture, Sharon will be running and operating the first ever CycleBar in Middle Tennessee. CycleBar offers amenities like no other boutique fitness studio in town. The CycleTheatre (where the classes take place) features LED lighting, wide-screen graphics, personal data monitors to track your workout and a killer, energetic playlist thanks to a start-of-the-art DJ booth. The Franklin studio will be located at 9040 Carothers Parkway Suite A – 207 and will offer multiple classes throughout the day.

Prior to launch, interested riders can try out the class during a FREE preview week Thursday, August 11 through Saturday, August 21– riders can sign-up for information about the free rides by visiting the website and entering their email in under “rider.”
