Franklin Police Need Compliance With Golf Cart Operators

Franklin Police are asking for compliance with laws on low speed vehicles on city streets. Golf carts specifically are not legal and drivers will be cited for using these incorrectly. Recently two incidents involving teens in golf cart crashes have brought this topic to light.
