Franklin Police are asking for the public’s help to identify this man. On 1/21/2016, he used a cloned credit card to purchase a $200 gift card from the Walgreens on Murfreesboro Road. The victim reported still being in possession of the actual credit card when the fake card, encoded with his information, was used.
