Mauro Orduna, 38, of Franklin, was positively identified this afternoon as the victim discovered in Percy Priest Lake by boaters. Orduna was last seen by friends jumping from a cliff on the lake Memorial Day weekend.
Orduna had been swimming and reportedly consuming alcohol when he jumped approximately 40-50 feet off a large cliff. Witnesses reported he never returned to the surface.
