Lamonde Harris, 24 of Franklin, is free on bond following a DUI crash that landed his SUV on its side in a creek bed. It happened at 10:20 am, Saturday morning on Eddy Lane near Eddy Court.
Investigating officers determined that Harris was impaired, and arrested him. In addition to admittedly consuming alcohol, Harris was found in possession of Marijuana. No one was seriously injured during the crash.
Harris, a convicted felon on probation, was arrested and charged with DUI, Driving on a Revoked License, and Marijuana Possession. He was released on the $6,000 bond set by the Magistrate, and is due in court 07/28/2016 at 1pm.
