At 10:30 Monday night, officers responded to an injury crash, where a car had reportedly crashed into a tree on Alexander Drive. Arriving officers determined the driver, 23-year-old Nicholas Yarbrough, who had crashed his car head-on into the tree, to be impaired.
An ambulance transported Yarbrough to the hospital where he was treated and released. Yarbrough was then arrested, charged with DUI and No Insurance. He is free on a $2,000 bond and due in court 02/18/2016 at 1:00 pm.
