In another game that took until the 6th inning for a team to have separation, the team that did it Monday, did it again on Tuesday.

The Rebels (3-3) plated four runs in the bottom half of the 6th, highlighted by a Logan Jarvis triple and capped off by a Matt Hargreaves double.

Kamron Tate got the scoring going for Franklin in the bottom of the third with a one-out single.

Tate got another RBI in the 5th when he singled in Alex Bogan who got into scoring position courtesy of an Independence throwing error.

Danny Vanfletern went all seven for the Rebels to get the shutout victory.

In other Williamson County baseball, Summit stayed unbeaten in district play. They are now 4-0 after the 10-3 win over Dickson County.
