Five Local Forensics Students Win Top Award

Five Franklin High School Forensics Competitors took on Tennessee’s best at the State Speech and Debate Tourney in Knoxville on Saturday.  Ahmed Mustafo, Zach Wolfson and Emily Hopkins competed well. Diana Pope made finals in Congress and Musa Subramaniam brought home 2nd place in Extemporaneous Speaking.

The Forensics team is hosting a Forensics Showcase in the Library this Friday, April 24th, at 6pm. The students will be performing their competition pieces and conducting a mini-debate. In addition, they will be recognizing the outstanding achievements of our team members.
