Franklin High choir student Lily Warren is heading to Carnegie Hall.

Because of her vocal talents, Lily was selected to perform in an elite Honors Performance Series ensemble in New York City under the direction of renowned conductors. Lily was invited to audition in October after a recommendation from her chorale director, Angela Beale. She had to submit an application with a recommendation letter, her musical experience and an audio recording of her singing.

“We could not be more proud of Lily,” said Beale.

While she’s in New York, Lily will have the opportunity to rehearse with finalists from around the world, celebrate her accomplishments on a Finalist Celebration Cruise and experience everything New York City has to offer.

Lily will join the other finalists onstage in Carnegie Hall February 2, 2020.
