Franklin Gas Station Robbed, Police Seek Suspect

Detectives in Franklin are investigating an overnight robbery, with the suspect still on the loose.

At 12:40 this morning, officers were summoned to the Twice Daily Shell at Royal Oaks Boulevard and Oak Meadow Drive after a man, armed with a box cutter, threatened the clerk and demanded money. When the frightened clerk did not move fast enough, the robber stole the entire cash register. Detectives believe that he fled to a getaway vehicle, waiting nearby.gas station robbery suspect

The robber is a white male, approximately 5’6” tall, weighing about 150 pounds. He was wearing the grey hoodie, seen in this surveillance photo. He has a long, skinny face, dirty blonde hair, and a goatee described as reddish-brown.
