The Franklin Center for Skin & Laser (400 Sugartree Lane, Suite 200) has been open in for 7 years and they are celebrating the beginning of the 8th with an open house. On Thursday, September 26th from Noon to 7 p.m., Dr. Benglesdorf and his team will offer discounts, give-a-ways and consultations with a portion of the proceeds from any sales being given to Mercy Community Healthcare.
Dr. Benglesdorf has been a general surgeon for more than 20 years and found himself in Tennessee helping out at Fort Campbell when their surgeons were deployed overseas. He was so enamored with Tennessee that he brought his wife to visit and they chose to relocate to Franklin. He started his cosmetic practice by opening Franklin Center for Skin & Laser to be able to help others and be more of a perfectionist. “I’m kind of a geek,” said Benglesdorf. “I love to learn and use high-tech stuff available in the cosmetic field.”
When possible, Dr. Benglesdorf assists uninsured or underinsured with medical treatment. He enjoys partnering with Mercy and would love to offer more of his surgical talent if charity agreements with hospital facilities can be arranged.
The celebration will offer 15 percent discounts on Botox®, Juvéderm®, Microdermabrasion, ViPeel®, and Latisse, SkinMedica, Colorescience and Sunscreens. Give-a-ways on Laser Hair Removal, Botox® and Latisse® will occur throughout the evening as you enjoy wine and hor d’oeuvres.
