After a big win 35-21 against Chattanooga’s Boyd Buchanan School on Friday, FRA returns to Middle Tennessee this week for a home matchup against Donelson Christian Academy Friday night.

The Panthers got off to a slow start this season with a 35-10 loss to Christian Academy of Knoxville but have since recovered with two straight wins, thanks in large part to a strong rushing game.

So far this season, the Panthers have rushed 137 times for 821 yards, while their passing game has mostly been lackluster; FRA is 18-for-46 passing for 217 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions.

Three different backs have anchored FRA’s strong rushing attack: freshman Adrian Roper, sophomore Sam Harvin and junior Walker Casey. Roper and Harvin have each rushed for over 200 yards, while Casey has 180 yards on the season.

DCA has won all three of its games this season by margins of 30 or greater, putting up over 40 points in each game.

The game kicks off Friday at 7 p.m.
