Eat the Street, Franklin’s food truck-themed fundraiser, returns on May 3, 2019 at Bicentennial Park in Franklin.
Since 2012, area food trucks have gathered to serve hundreds of enthusiastic diners, and to support the 21st District Recovery Court.
The annual event takes place Friday, May 3 from 5 – 10 p.m. at Franklin Bicentennial Park, located at Hillsboro Rd. and 3rd Ave. North. The family and dog-friendly event will feature food vendors and live music. Attendees are encouraged to bring folding chairs or blankets for picnic style dining. As always, admission is free, though donations are appreciated and will be accepted at the Recovery Court’s welcome tables.
A list of food trucks will be released soon, so get ready to plan your evening. We like to start with dessert then work our way back to the main course, appetizer and there’s always one truck you have to try just because.
