Uncle Julio’s, a casual Mexican restaurant, and Del Frisco’s Grille, an upscale-casual American food restaurant that already has a location in The Gulch, will be the first two restaurants to open at Hill Center Brentwood.
Uncle Julio’s is opening to the public on Tues., Nov. 15 and Del Frisco’s will open on Sat., Nov. 19. Both restaurants front Franklin Road.
Valet parking is available immediately adjacent to the restaurants. Additionally, the six-level, 852-space parking garage is completed, and 145 surface parking spaces are also available.
Uncle Julio’s is a Texas-based company with restaurants in eight states. This is the first in Tennessee.
Del Frisco’s, also a Texas company, opened a restaurant last month at The Gulch in Nasvhille and operates locations in 12 states and the District of Columbia.
In recent weeks crews have been putting the finishing touches on the $211 million mixed-use development at Franklin Road and Maryland Way, laying sod, completing sidewalks, and opening a new road connection to East Park Drive.
With the openings of the restaurants and soon to follow retailers, H.G. Hill Realty is providing a traffic flow directory to guide customers and shoppers as they visit the new development for the first time.
