Bob Parks Realty is the first tenant to sign a lease with the Harpeth Square development in downtown Franklin. The real estate company has signed a 10 year lease on a 4200 square foot office.The office is expected to open fall 2019.

Bob Parks Realty currently has an office at 415 Main Street in downtown Franklin.

Harpeth Square officially broke ground in October 2017. The project spans an entire city block from Main Street to Bridge Street and First to Second Avenues.

When complete, the Harpeth Square Project will include:
