First Farmers Hires New Business Banker

First Farmers & Merchants Bank announced that Carol Caldwell has joined the bank as a Business Banking Relationship Manager.

Caldwell will be based at the bank’s Cool Springs office and will help businesses in both Williamson and Davidson counties use the business banking products and services offered by the $1.2 billion bank to run their own businesses more efficiently and profitably.

Most recently, Caldwell served as a Vice President in Business Banking at The Bank of Nashville.

Caldwell’s banking career began in 2003 as a personal banker at AmSouth in Knoxville, Tennessee. There, she was promoted to branch manager and grew that office to be one of the top performing branches in the Knoxville area.

Caldwell is a member of Williamson Inc., the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, and The Southeast Business Forum.

First Farmers’ business banking services include online bill pay, cash and treasury management, payroll support, remote deposit, business checking and credit cards.
