Finds & Happenings: Tickets are Going Fast for Brew at the Zoo

Brew at the Zoo

Animals, entertainment, local food trucks and over 100 craft beers are all on tap for the fifth annual Brew at the Zoo set for Friday, June 3 from 6:30 to 11 p.m. If you can’t make it to Brew at the Zoo but still want to try some amazing beers, give The Casual Pint a try located in Franklin, TN.

Brew at the Zoo allows guests to wander the Zoo trail while sampling beer from more than 40 craft breweries from around the country. Many of the Zoo’s animal exhibits will be open until sundown with keepers available to answer guests’ questions. Other available activities include rides on the Wild Animal Carousel and the new Soaring Eagle zip line, dinner from food truck favorites, live music and special animal encounters. M.L. Rose will have a booth featuring giant Jenga, corn hole, a photo booth, and samples of a special collaboration brew called “Great Horned Owl.”

“This is hands down the best beer event in Nashville,” said Austin Ray, owner of M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers. “It’s a fun night to explore the zoo, try favorite and hard-to-find beers, and interact with the animals. There’s nothing else like this one. M.L. Rose sponsors this event because so much of the beer found at Brew at the Zoo can also be found on our menu. We have been committed to craft beer since we opened in 2008, and it’s so exciting to visit with fellow beer enthusiasts at this event. Be sure to try May’s celebratory Burger of the Month, the ANML-Style Burger. It’s wild.” For every ANML-Style Burger sold during May, M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers will donate $1 to the Zoo’s conservation efforts.

Less that 100 tickets remain to this event! Regular general admission tickets for Brew at the Zoo are $65 a person, and VIP tickets are $125. VIP tickets include exclusive tastings, food pairings and free access to the Conservation Lounge. The Zoo is once again offering a Conservation Lounge for an additional fee that includes lounge seating, specialty beer, games, and a raffle for great prizes. Conservation Lounge access is $10 in advance and $15 the evening of the event. All proceeds benefit the Zoo’s field conservation projects.

Event Tickets can also be used for half off admission at Nashville Zoo throughout the month of June. A limited number of designated driver tickets are available for $25. Brew at the Zoo is for adults ages 21 and over, and children will not be allowed to attend the event.
