Fourth of July is all American day of burgers, hotdogs, and apple pie.  July 6th, is the day to celebrate National Fried Chicken Day which is a staple food item in the South and we couldn’t be more proud of our fried chicken.  If you are looking to celebrate National Fried Chicken Day locally, check out The Loveless Cafe.  Loveless Cafe is famous for the biscuits but just as famous for their fried chicken. Loveless Cafe was founded by Lon and Annie Loveless where Annie would “sell fried chicken right out her front door to weary travelers making the trek along the Natchez Trace. To this day, it remains the most popular item on our menu and a cherished recipe,” states their website.
