It’s the once a year community-wide yard sale taking place on Saturday, September 19th, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rain date: September 26th. No other yard, garage, moving, or estate sale is permitted at any other time in Fieldstone Farms except the HOA sponsored community-wide event. Goodwill will hold a donation drive in the HBES parking lot from 11: a.m. to 5:00 p.m. where you can donate unsold items, weather permitting.
Reminder: If you choose to have your own garage sale in your neighborhood, The City of Franklin requires a permit for all yard sales conducted in the city limits of Franklin. The permit fee is $5.00 (subject to change) Visit the City of Franklin website to download your permit.
