There is a new barre in town, one that will quickly stretch you to your limits while gently  encouraging you to push yourself further.  With clever sayings on the wall like,”We Hope Your Day is as Nice as Your Butt” and shirts with sayings like “You Can’t Tuck With Us.”  As playful as those are, it’s all business when you come to workout.
Owner, Kelly grew up taking ballet, figure skating and cheered throughout her high school years. She attended the University of Tennessee (VFL!) and has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. Kelly pursued a career in corporate marketing and produced special events and expos across the U.S., while maintaining her enthusiasm for fitness and exercise. Her outlook on health and wellness took on a different meaning when she had her daughter Nola two years ago. Dedicating herself to the barre pre-and-post pregnancy, she witnessed her body transform into the best shape of her life and experienced a new-found sense of well-being. She realized she wanted to pursue a career around her personal passion and also have the ability to spend more time with her daughter. Kelly is thrilled to share the transformation NEIGHBORHOOD barre has had not only on her body, but her whole life with Nashvillians.
