A free iPad Mini or a $50 gift card sounds pretty good, right? Well, you could win one of these prizes by doing one simple task!
The City of Franklin is giving residents the chance to win one of two iPad mini’s or ten $50 gift cards. All you have to do is sign up for the 2014 special census by December 19th.
A random drawing from all those who have registered will be held on Thursday, December 19th at 5pm. Winners will be announced by noon the following day.
Registering for the census helps the City better plan for facilities and services and means an increase in the amount of state-shared revenues the City receives. In August, census cards were mailed to every household in Franklin or you can visit www.FranklinTN.gov/2014SpecialCensus to complete the form online. Filling out the form is easy and takes less than a minute! Renters, as well as homeowners, are encouraged to register.
“It’s important that every person is counted,” said City Administrator Eric Stuckey. “The information required from citizens is very limited and the City is committed to protecting it appropriately.”
