Fall Break Approaches What are Your Plans? (Fall Break Options Series – 5 Weekend Options)

With the approaching Williamson County Schools (WCS) Fall Break comes a line-up of things to do in the area that weekend. Your weekend options can come from prior planning, the suggestions we have given you all week or you can just watch the Williamson Source Calendar for opportunities.

Celebration of NationsThe entire weekend brings you the Celebration of Nations event downtown, music in the vines at Arrington, high school football and more. Celebration of Nations has a beer festival running alongside with tasting stations dressed up like the country’s the beer hails from, so stop in to the Williamson Source booth for a pour and a photo.

Nashville UnleashedAlso over the weekend you have the Nashville Unleashed Concert event at World Music Nashville Oct 5th. You can support the arts with the “Building Bridges Through Art” exhibition and silent auction benefitting the Bridges Domestic Violence Center on October 12th from 6-9 p.m. at CharacterEYES (407 Church St). Also make time to enjoy the Battle Ground Academy rendition of Agatha Christie’s “The Hollow” on October 10, 12 & 13. And if all else fails then check out our Williamson Weekend section for last minute ideas for fun activities. Whatever you do enjoy the time and let us know how you spent your Fall Break.
