Fairview quarterback Kam Harris-Lusk set up Trey Bell’s first-quarter touchdown run with a run of his own to give Fairview a 14-7 lead.
Page quarterback Jacob Van Landingham hit Will Pierce with a 15-yard, tying touchdown pass with 6:26 left in the second quarter.
But Burdick’s first score put the Patriots up at half, and Fairview didn’t recover.
