Fairview (5-0, 4-0) has buzzed its way to the top.  The Yellow Jackets have now gone undefeated five games straight.  Last night, the yellow-and-black traveled over to Montgomery Central (0-5, 0-3) and take a 50-13 against the Indians.

The two Class AA District 11 teams faced-off on the turf on a rainy Friday last night over in Cunningham, TN.

Fairview started off strong with a touchdown right into the game and shortly followed with twenty more points on the board by the beginning of the second quarter, to bring the score 27-0.

The Yellow Jackets were persistent as they kept driving the ball into the end zone.  The ignited team was up by 42 points and began to give freshman a little playing time on the field.

Montgomery Central secured 13 points by the end of the second half, and Fairview was able to put 50 up on the board to bring in a final close.

Fairview will return home next week to host Homecoming against East Hickman (2-2).  Kick off will be at 7:30 p.m.
