Fairview High School came back in full-force taking on Hickman County last night.  After a loss to Lewis County and a bye-week, the Yellow Jackets swarmed the field and took a 47-6 win over the Bulldogs.

The yellow-and-black are now 7-1 overall, and the win put them at 6-1 in the district.

Garret Wall was no stranger to the endzone last night.  To kick off the scoring bonanza, Wall scored the first two touchdowns of the night, and the Yellow Jackets were up 14-0 with 5:58 left in the first quarter.

Dreshad Moore plowed through the end zone to ensure another touchdown for Fairview in the first quarter.  Moore had three picks just within the first half and a 60-yard touchdown to bring Fairview up 33-0 at halftime.

Going into the third, Hunter Zimmerman was firing shots left and right.  He sailed one right into Mike Jordan for a TD with 5:39 left in the third.  He would not stop there.  Harvey was on the ball for a 10-yard TD, and only 11:49 left in the game, Fairview had sealed off its 47-points for the night.

It was a shut-out and even freshman were able to get valuable playing time on the field.

Hickman made its lone TD of the night with only 31 seconds left in the game and totaled out the 47-6 final for the night.

Fairview will return next week traveling over to Page High School (4-4).  With the Patriots big win against Cascade (6-2) last night, the Yellow Jackets will have a tough game ahead.
