The Fairview Police Chief and Assistant Chief have been placed on administrative leave while the city looks into possible misconduct after one of their new officers was arrested.

Officer Ronnie Williams was on the job full-time at Fairview for just one day. He was the former Millersville Police Chief.

City Manager Wayne Hall has launched an investigation and said the city will respond to any questions once it’s complete.
