Fairview High School is going all out to celebrate the end of another school year, and they’re inviting the community to join in.
“There is no better way to enjoy a warm summer night than with the bright lights of rides and the great smell of carnival treats,” Parent Association Secretary Simone Murray said.
The Fairview High School Summer Carnival will be held Wednesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 1.
The parking lot of Fairview High School will be packed full of rides like the Scrambler, Tilt-A-Whirl, Silver Streak Himalaya, Swings, Haunted House Ghost Ride, Merry Go Round, Swings and rides for youngsters. There will also be plenty of carnival food like fried dough, fresh squeezed lemonade, french fries, cotton candy, fried Oreos and more.
The event is sponsored by the Fairview High School Parent Association. Tickets may be purchased in advance inside First Bank of Fairview for $15. Admission at the event is $20. Tickets will be redeemed at the carnival ticket booth for an unlimited ride armband. Proceeds will go to support the Parent Association and its events.
The carnival will go from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on weekends. Fairview High School is located at 2595 Fairview Blvd.
