Heath Clark is the first to admit that the first two months of opening his distillery, a lot of bad product went down the drain, but then they got the hang of it. He and his wife, Becky, were able to create a product that they were proud to put their name on. The first product was a whiskey, then they spend a lot of time working on their Gin.
