A whiff of smoke can evoke many memories... Perhaps of cookouts and campfires, long summer nights or enjoying s’mores in warm flannel. Many beverages also employ the use of smoke in their inherent character. In this exciting pairing class, we will taste Syrah, Mezcal, Smoked Beer, and Scotch, explore their respective origins and processes, and enjoy pairings with each glass! Cheers!  Included in this class will be 4 different beverages pairing with various smoked and/or cured meats. Age Requirement: 21+
