In this workshop you will make your own yogurt from grassfed milk, and see a demonstration of how to make kefir and creme fraiche (sour cream). In addition, Ann will discuss the benefits of raw and cultured milk. Learn how dairy can be a healing food in our modern age of processed and contaminated foods. Don't worry, making yogurt is not labor intensive, but takes just a few minutes to set up. Time and warmth does the work. So sign up and bring a friend!
