Axis Community Fitness Group: *All levels of fitness and experience welcome* The "What": An exercise group that promotes physical health and community among participants. We will engage in 45-60 minutes of exercises, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. This class is for all ages and fitness levels, as we will offer modifications as needed. Class Format: Warm Up (with a time of prayer) Circuit Training with stations that may include: walking/running/jogging, squats, push ups, burpees, lunges and other body weight or light weight exercises.    Stretching/cool down The "Why": We view physical health and wellness as an important component of human flourishing. We believe that physical health is important to God, as He calls our body a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Our goal is to help people honor their physical body and live a healthy life.  Every Wednesday @6:30 PM.
