A 25-minute rain/lightening delay didn’t bother the Ensworth Lady Tigers, who defeated the Battle Ground Academy Lady Wildcats 2-1 at the Stewart Campbell Track and Soccer Complex on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lady Tigers were the first to score, from freshman Olivia Rose in the 10th minute. Ensworth would hold a 1-0 lead until halftime, and added another late while BGA got one of their own.
