Enrichment Center Hosts Essentrics Barre Class

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to introduce Essentrics Barre, a dynamic, full-body workout that combines standing, floor, and barre exercises in one. Designed by Miranda Esmonde-White and featured on PBS’s Classical Stretch, this workout stretches and strengthens every muscle and joint in the body, leaving you relaxed and energized.

A six-week session of Essentrics Barre will be offered on Wednesdays, July 17 – August 28 (skip 7/31) from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Ave, Franklin. Cost of the six-week session is $50 or $12 for a single class. Classes are recommended for adults 55+. Registration is online at www.wcparksandrec.com. Registration code #15154.
