Elliston Place Soda Shop

Elliston Place Soda Shop Cool Springs, 330 Mayfield Drive, Suite A-5 in Franklin has teamed up with the Nashville Cars n’ Coffee club for a unique Father’s Day event on Sunday, June 17, when the local group of car enthusiasts will cruise-in to the new Cool Springs restaurant parking lot and display its collection from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Nashville Cars n’ Coffee usually meets on the first Saturday of each month, drawing crowds to enjoy and observe its collection of vintage cars, hot rods and more.

“We are thrilled to have the Nashville Cars n’ Coffee crew join us in our parking lot, and we hope that it will be a fun and unique way for families to get out and enjoy Father’s Day,” said Skip Bibb, owner of Elliston Place Soda Shop. “Be sure to check out some awesome rides outside and then head into the Soda Shop for a celebratory Sunday brunch or one of our classic burgers.”

Sunday brunch is served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday with weekly staples including prime rib, an omelet station, waffle station, fried chicken, bacon, sausage, potatoes, gravy, fruit, and desserts. Additional brunch items will rotate on various weeks as well. The buffet is $18.95 per person and $8.95 for children 10 and under and comes with the guest’s choice of tea or soda.

Father’s Day will also be the last opportunity to treat dad to Honky Tonk Brewing Co.’s new ‘Mango Milkshake IPA’ paired with a cheeseburger and fries for just $11.95. The smooth and creamy India Pale Ale has notes of mango, vanilla bean and El Dorado rum, a pleasing complement to the soda shop’s classic burger.

Elliston Place Soda Shop Cool Springs is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday,  Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant is located at 330 Mayfield Drive in Cool Springs.
