Elementary and Middle School News for Sept.

This is something new Williamson Source will be doing so the readers can follow all the younger ones throughout the area. Each month we will start a thread that will cover the multitudes of information we receive from Williamson County Elementary and Middle Schools. We hope you enjoy this new feature: Let’s get it started!

DSCN0248This week is our food drive at Fairview Elementary! We are collecting food and other goods to be donated to Graceworks which is located right down the street in Fairview. Students participate by bringing in items all week. They are then put to work checking expiration dates, sorting, and boxing up the goods donated. Every day the classes compete to earn the right to display the CanMan in their classroom. We can’t wait to see how much is donated at the end of the week! Thank you to Celeste Rietveld, our counselor, for organizing this great opportunity for us! Pictured: First grade students helping to sort items
