Ed Sheeran Releases Song with Chris Stapleton and Bruno Mars

Ed Sheeran is releasing a collaboration album on July 12 titled No. 6 Collaborations Project. Just ahead of the release date, one song was released that has fans saying Chris Stapleton can do anything. The lyric video has received over 4 million views in just a few days.

“Blow”, featuring Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, and Stapleton, was released on Friday, July 5th. And it seems the song has a Nashville connection other than Stapleton is on vocals.

Prior to its release, Sheeran shared on Facebook, “Me and the main man Chris Stapleton in a basement in Nashville about an hour before Bruno Mars turned up. This was the day we wrote BLOW, and also the day I decided I wanted a beard like Chris and the swag of Bruno. Alas, I have neither, but we have a good song out of it #no6collaborationsproject out July 12th”

Sheeran has been stepping into country music as he also worked with country artist Kenny Chesney where he co-wrote Chesney’s latest single “Tip of My Tongue.”

As for Stapleton, this is just one of the latest mashups with a pop artist for him, he recently paired up with Pink for her new song “Love Me Anyway” featured on her Hurts 2B Human album.

And it seems Chesney has worked with Pink as well, back in 2016 she collaborated with him on a duet “Setting the World on Fire.”

Currently, Chris Stapleton is out on tour for his All American Road Show but now fans are hoping they can see a live version of “Blow” with Sheeran and Mars soon.
