Locally owned Nolensville restaurant Pork Belly Farmhouse announced via Facebook that they are changing their days of operation due to staffing issues.

Effective today, April 29, Pork Belly Farmhouse will be open Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 4pm and open Sunday for brunch only beginning at 10am.

Pork Belly Farmhouse will be closed Mondays, Saturdays for Lunch and Sundays for Dinner

“We are sure that you are aware of the growth challenges Nashville and surrounding areas are facing at a seemingly endless rate. Among the challenges for our business is finding and retaining quality employees in a very hot job market. We are very lucky to have a team of staff members that truly care about our guests and our business, but there simply aren’t enough people to continue our current hours of operation without overworking our staff or incurring additional obligations to our business,” owners Chris Chwirut and Kristian Morgan posted on Facebook.

The restaurant will continue its “Family Night” on Tuesday nights. During “Family Night,” select menu items are only $10 and kids meals are $5.

“We hope this will allow us to give our staff much deserved time to spend with their families and afford them some much-needed rest,” added Chwirut and Morgan regarding the closures.
