Starting on Monday, August 21, the fast-food chain is debuting a buy-one, get-one Blizzard deal. The two Blizzards for the price of one will cost just 99 cents.
“We love any excuse to celebrate with our fans,” Maria Hokanson, American Dairy Queen Corporation’s executive vice president of marketing, said in a statement. “What better way to watch the eclipse or enjoy the last lazy days of summer than with a Blizzard BOGO?”
The deal will last until Sunday, September 3.
The fast-food chain is selling its green-apple and grape slushies, as well as its Caramel Mocha Frost, for 99 cents from August 21 to August 27 to celebrate the eclipse.
On Monday, August 21, Denny’s is celebrating $4 All You Can Eat “Mooncakes.”
“Inspired by the upcoming solar eclipse, Denny’s is celebrating this once-in-a-lifetime event with delicious, moon-shaped Buttermilk Pancakes,” the company said in a release. “The Mooncakes will be available for one day only, but America can continue to experience Denny’s regular pancakes — which look a lot like the moon — every other day of the year.”
The on-demand, food delivery service will dole out free Half Moon Cookies between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, August 21st via accessing The Eclipse Cookie Store through the app.
