When trying to dress your growing kids, you might often end up at Old Navy. They offer sales on a regular basis but if you know some of the tips and tricks, you can save even more money.
New Markdowns begin on Sunday
They will begin markdowns on a Sunday with one department but often the entire store is not completed until Monday. To save the most money, wait and shop on Monday.
Shop on Thursday
To prepare for the weekend, special promotions will be offered in-store as early as Thursday. Look for the signage placed above the promotion items.
Try to purchase at 40 percent off
With the constant sales and promotions, you can almost always buy an item at 40 percent off. So keep watching the sales and plan your purchases accordingly.
Coupon Savings are better online
The brick and mortar store and the online store operates independently. Often you will find a better deal online but check before you purchases.
Buy your summer flip-flops for $1
Old Navy began a $1 flip-flop sale back in 2005. The date varies each year but it typically happens in June. It’s a great way to stock up and have a whole collection for the summer.
Price tags ending in a 7 are final markdowns
If you are watching an item for the lowest price, check the final number. If it ends in .47 or .97 that will be the final markdown.
Items purchased in-store ship for free
If the item you need is out of stock, the store will order and ship it for free. There’s a minimum $25 purchase which is less than the $50 minimum online.
