If the after the holiday budget crunch has got you down. Here are ten things the Krazy Coupon Lady suggest you buy in January.

Frozen Meals –As many make resolutions to lose weight or eat healthier, “diet” meals will be on sale this month.

Healthy Cereal – Low sugar cereals like Kashi and Annie’s are often the cheapest in the month of January.

Oatmeal – January is National Oatmeal Month, so watch for coupons to combine with sales. Quaker Best Bowl Instant Oatmeal was just $0.87 a box at Target last year.

Cold Medicine – In the midst of cold and flu season, over the counter medicines, will be at their lowest prices.  Often you can find a bundled two-pack.

Facial Tissue– Keep watching for sales as you can buy a box of Kleenex for less than $1.  It could come in handy this month.

TV –If you think Black Friday is the best time to buy a new TV, you’re wrong. TVs are actually cheapest right before the Super Bowl, when we see prices under $100.00. Twenty-four-inch HDTVs were only $89.99 at Target last year.

The next three items are a must at any Super Bowl party and they will be the cheapest this month. ChipsDip and Soda.
