Dog & Pony Show Returns to Thompson’s Station

Thompson’s Station’s premier annual event “The Dog & Pony Show” returns to Thompson’s Station Park on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.  This free, all-day family festival includes live music, a kids zone of activities and games, dog agility demonstrations, equine attractions, artisan and food vendors and more.  The Horse Trail Ride Starts at 10:00 a.m.

All proceeds benefit the nonprofit Thompson’s Station Community Association (TSCA), which funds parks and community projects.

Dog & Pony Show Events

• 9:00 AM- Festival Opens
• 9:00 AM- Vendors Open
• 10:00 AM- Horse Trail Ride Starts

Kids Stage Events:

• 11:00 AM- Puppet Show
• 12:00 PM- Enchanted Princesses
• 1:00 PM- Mr. Bond and the Science Guys
• 2:00 PM- Spring hill Library Storyteller, Misty Bach

Main Stage Events:

• 11:30 AM- Radio Farm
• 12:15 PM- 25th Year Anniversary
• 12:30 PM- The Inside Road
• 1:30 PM- Carmen Brandy
• 2:30 PM- Heath Forbes
• 4:00 PM- Margo and the Pricetags

Dog Arena Events:

• 11:00 AM- Pet/Owner Look-a-like Contest
• 12:00 PM- Best Trick Contest
• 1:45 PM- Pet Costume Contest

Some of the food vendors that will be available the festival are Tennessee Taco, Fairview Fried, Banh Mi & Roll Factory, The Rolling Feast, Moe Better BBQ and Fish, and Music City Funnel Cakes.
