Do you want to lose body fat, change your mind set, firm or reshape your body, or increase muscle mass or metabolism? Get the most out of your workout by using a personal trainer from Williamson County Parks and Recreation. Certified personal trainers will design a workout program that is specific to your needs, coach you through the exercises, explain the equipment and provide the motivation you need to meet your goals.

Fees for personal trainers are $15 for a consultation session, $35 per 30-minute session, $45 for 45 minutes and $55 for one hour.
